Edi Design integrates sustainability principles into every stage of the design and production processes in exhibition stand projects. In stand designs, materials with low carbon footprint, recyclable, and reusable materials are prioritized; thus both waste is reduced and the lifespan of each project is extended. PRODUCTS AND SYSTEMS CARRYING THE DESIGN
Sustainability and innovation in our understanding find concrete expression not only in design decisions, but also in the constructive systems, products, and implementation methods we develop. The modular aluminum constructive structural systems we have developed through our own R&D and investment processes at Edi Design are globally recognized, patented, and long-lasting. This system, with principles of flexible use, reusability, and minimum waste, is one of the fundamental building blocks of sustainable production. These systems can be used as both primary structure and infrastructure and are one of the building blocks of Hybrid Presentation Architecture.
We adopt the same approach in lighting solutions as well. The lighting fixtures, connection equipment (sockets, etc.) that we use in our projects are specially designed with the goal of maximum efficiency and minimum energy consumption. Thus, while the spatial impact is strengthened, energy consumption is made controlled and efficient.
In implementation methods, we go beyond conventional solutions. In our stand designs, beyond conventional materials and applications, we use alternative implementation techniques in an original manner according to aesthetic and functional needs. These methods add character to the design while simultaneously providing advantages in terms of lightness, speed, and flexibility.
