Edi Tasarım, accepting the responsibility of sharing its years of design and implementation experience not only in its projects, but also actively in the professional development of young designers entering the sector. Edi Akademi, implemented with this vision and understanding, is a sustainable educational approach that aims to transfer sectoral knowledge directly to students within the framework of collaborations established with relevant university departments.
Under the umbrella of Edi Akademi; exhibition stand design, interior architecture, material knowledge, production and implementation processes courses are being taught in universities, workshops are being organized in their own studios, and jury memberships are undertaken. To date, these activities carried out in various academic institutions, particularly at Marmara University and Kultur University, enable students to meet their theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
One of the most important pillars of the program is also the inclusion of students met in this process as interns within Edi Design and their development through one-on-one mentoring. Young designers have the opportunity to closely understand sector dynamics by being directly involved in the design, production, and implementation phases of real projects.
Edi Akademi believes that bringing qualified and well-equipped designers to the sector is critical not only for companies, but also for the future of design culture. For this reason, Edi Design regards knowledge sharing and the development of young talent as a long-term investment for our country and our sector; it aims to strengthen the sustainability of design with human resources.
